Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original condition.

Email [hello@meggieperle.com] with your order number. We will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

For a different size or colour, start a return and place a new order so your preferred piece is not sold out.

Pierced earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless faulty. Final-sale items are noted as such at purchase.

Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under Quebec consumer-protection law.
