We sell African occasion wear and accessories. Colours may appear slightly different between screens. Stock is limited and we may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable GST/HST and, where relevant, QST are added at checkout based on your delivery address.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Placing an order authorises us to charge the total shown at checkout.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Sales made on this site to Quebec residents are distance contracts under the Consumer Protection Act. Before you pay, the checkout shows the merchant's identity, a description and price of each item, all shipping charges and taxes, the total in Canadian dollars, and the delivery timeframe, and asks you to confirm.

You may cancel and obtain a refund if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date shown (or within 30 days of the order if no date was given), or if we failed to disclose the required information. If you paid by credit card and we do not refund a valid cancellation within 15 days, you may request a chargeback from your card issuer.

We send a copy of your order (this serves as your contract) to your email and on the confirmation page, in a form you can save and print.

All content on this site (images, text, layout) belongs to Meggie Perle or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Quebec consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes fall under the courts of Quebec.
